Again, nope. It’s not posible on WordPress.com blogs (like https://propertyesp.wordpress.com/)
Adittionaly, http://www.propertyesp.com.au is not a WordPress.com blog: for that reason, I’m afraid that you are you are in the wrong forum.
This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com (like https://propertyesp.wordpress.com/)WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.

My website is not through wordpress.org – it is a wix.com site and while it looks like a blog – I can’t issue blogs from it hence why I have created a site with you. But I have over 300 established contacts and I was hoping to send the blog to them – but you are saying I can’t do that. Do I have to wait for people to subscribe to the blog?

Your site http://www.propertyesp.com.au/ is not hosted by WordPress.com and this forum (again It’s the third time I tell you), is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
That’s it.

Yes but I am asking specifically about the blog that I have supported by wordpress – you are the one that entered my website into the equation. I was just trying to explain. Please show some patience this whole blog concept is new to me.
How do you get people to follow your blog? When you say invite people – can you do that with email addresses and do I have to enter them individually?

Hi Samantha,
Adding emails to receive automatic updates from a website without their permission is considered spam. To have people follow your blog and receive email updates, they will need to follow you of their own choosing.
You can invite them to follow you using these steps:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/#invite-people-to-follow-your-blog
They can then either follow you with just their email or with a WordPress.com username.
But there is no way to add followers manually as you’ve requested.
