    i have a csv product file can you take a look and tell me if it is compatible as you dont offer any trial i cannot test your site before making a yearly purchase? or if you can provide a 7 day trial please

    Hi there,

    This will depend on what ecommerce plugin you plan to use: WordPress.com does not have any ecommerce functionality built in, so there’s no way to upload a CSV product file to WordPress.com itself.

    To upload that file, you’d need to use an ecommerce plugin with a compatible importer for the type of file you have. For example, for information on importing that type of file to the WooCommerce plugin, you can see here:

    So please contact support for the ecommerce plugin you intend on using directly to find out whether or not your file is compatible.
