ctu time

  I don’t know if I am stupid or not, but I don’t really understand the ctu time thing. Everyday my stats cut off at around 7pm and go to the next day. I am in Indiana. Anyone know which number on ctu timer in settings I need to set my time to?

  I think you mean UTC time. UTC and GMT time are basically the same thing, Greenwich Mean Time (there are technical differences but you can ignore them).

  Stats are always displayed in GMT, so they tick over to the next day at midnight Greenwich. You can’t change that.

  Here’s my favorite place for finding time zones. This lists the world’s major cities, and there’s a search box at the top for other cities. The time zone for Indiana looks to be UTC -5 at the moment. That’s what you should select on the Settings / General tab of your blog so that your post dates are correct. It won’t affect stats.
