Cubic Gallery Thumbnails now have black background?

  Why do my new blog posts have a black background behind the thumbnails of the gallery?
  I.e: http://tarouandzoe.com/2015/07/26/barcelona-spain/

  When my older posts have a white background behind the thumbnails of the gallery?

  I havent done anything to the theme? It just randomly starting happening – can i change the background to be white again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Try editing the post to change it to the Standard post format and see if that changes the Gallery background in the Single post view.

  In some themes, choosing the Gallery post format also changes the way the post is displayed on the front/homepage. With Cubic, it doesn’t seem like it should change anything on the homepage.
