Hi there,
As with the menu changes you asked about in https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/cubic-theme-29/?view=all, this type of change would require extensive modification of the theme’s PHP files, and that’s not something we can help with. There’s no way to do this with only CSS.
Cubic was deliberately designed with a hidden widget area, as the idea is to have all the focus on the image grid on the front page, and on individual images on the single-post pages.
If you want an always-visible widget area, you may want to look at one of the other grid-layout themes we have available:
https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/grid-layout/
Alternatively, you can use any of our newer block-editor themes to create your own grid-layout using the Layout Grid, and other blocks:

Hi there!
Do you have that theme already active on a site? If yes, please share the link to that site and we’ll take a look to understand what you’re referring to.
Thanks!

I am now testing https://ilmondodicate.wordpress.com/ on the reveal themewhich I like, but I was wondering if I can put the author’name on the blog, and change the grey to blue or purple thank you

Hi!
If you would like to change just some parts of the text, I’d suggest doing that directly when editing the page/post. In the editor, click on the paragraph you want to edit, then click on the right-hand side and choose “Colors”:
If you’d like to change the color of the text through your site, you can do that with some CSS code.
Did you know you can contact support in Italian via email from https://wordpress.com/help/contact? :)

Thank you very much!I made some change, but I would need the css to make the background that it’s currently grey to pink thank you very much

I tried the new article and comment block-I like but it appears double-how so I cancel the old one?

Are you speaking of this section?
You can set that background color the same as the text color, using the options visible in the screen shot staff-mckluskey shared above. Changing that section’s background doesn’t need CSS.
If that’s not what you’re speaking of, can you explain in more detail what you’d like to change?

I’m not sure what you’re referring to. What do you want to cancel/remove, and on which specific post/page on your site?

Oops, the files you shared can’t be opened, but since you mentioned widget area, I understand that you’re talking about your footer where the background is currently grey.
You’ll want to add this piece of code to Appearance>Customize>Additional CSS:
/*Changes the footer background color*/ .widget-area { background-color: #f4b7c5; }You can, of course, change the color code to any other shade of pink.
