Cubic Theme Centering Title & Tage line

  I’ve been through so many forums and have tried so many different things with no luck. Can someone please tell me where to find the coding to adjust my site title to the center on my blog?
  I would also like to know how to move my tagline to below my site title and center it as well if that’s possible.
