Hi,
I want to ask the cubic image post column width in pixel, I saw on the description site that it is 624 pixels, but when I put my images in that size, the images did not line up neatly, Can you tell me the correct width so I can post a lot of images in a neat lay out.
thanks for the great free theme.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi hannia – glad you’re liking Cubic!
The recommended size for featured imgaes in Cubic are 2000px wide by 1500px high.
Would you be able to link to a post or page where the images “did not line up neatly” so I can take a look directly and see what might be going on? Thanks!

If you’re referring to this post – https://moovproduction.wordpress.com/2015/01/16/kedjora-by-ivan-gunawan/ – I’d suggest you use a gallery there to display your collection of images neatly.
Here are the instructions on how to create a gallery:

Just let me know if you need further help.

Hi,
I activated the theme. But i thought on my blogposts, pictures pertaining to them would also show up like it is in demo, but i only see the headers of the posts in blue boxes. Is there a way to see the pictures on the posts too?
My Site is https://funfeelingslife.wordpress.com/
Thanks,

Could you provide and example. Your site appears to operate just like the demo does.
Is there a way to see the pictures on the posts too?
You reach a selected post from the front page by pointing at it with your cursor (which shades it blue) and clicking. That action will bring you to the post which will display your content, including any images.

Hi
Anyone know how to standardise the size of featured images so they appear consistently on the homepage. I find that some work well, but others appear with black bands across them in a letterbox look.
-
thelanguageoflovefilm – I’m not seeing any black strips, did you get this sorted out? The recommended size of featured images – as seen in the Quick Specs box at the bottom of the Cubic showcase page – is 2000px wide by 1500px high.

@thelanguageoflovefilm: It looks like you’ve added some custom CSS to hide the date:
.entry-date { display: none; }Nice work! Is there anything else that we can help with?

Hi there!
I’m also having a problem making a cube an image instead of it being just a blank, colored square. I see someone said they made it a featured image, but I’m not sure how to do that. If someone could help me out, I’d be super appreciative!

Hello, I’ve got a question re gallery, there is a black background behind mosaic which I cannot find how to change
https://svetphotography.wordpress.com/2015/02/23/kids/
I’d like it to be like here without background

Thank you!

Hello! I just updated my blog to use cubic theme, so far it’s great, thanks for creating it!
However I would really like it if the default number of articles shown were not 10, but 12 (so that they fill up all rows nicely). Is there a way to customize that?
Thanks!

floriceleee – in any theme, you can set the number of posts displayed on the blog page under Settings > Reading, “Blog page shows at most XX posts.” To set the number of portfolio items displayed on the portfolio archive page, go under Settings > Writing, “Portfolio pages display at most XX projects.”
-
honeyandgrapefruit – please see the guide for adding a featured image in any theme: http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/
-
elfimova – posts assigned to the Gallery post format in Cubic have a 72px black border around the gallery. If you prefer not to have that border, you can choose another post format, such as Standard or Image (like your other example).
