Cubic Theme Thumbnails

The front page thumbnails have a hover over color however some of those thumbnails show with the hover over color and not the ‘resting’ color. Does that makes sense? When you hover over a thumbnail, it highlights the thumbnail in blue and when you move your cursor away it goes back to the true image thumbnail. There are some thumbnails though that show the blue background as a border around the thumbnail. It’s quite unsightly. I tried it on my iPhone as well as my iPad and laptop and they all have it but it’s different thumbnails on each so it’s a random script code problem I’m guessing. Can someone, anyone please look into this? I just moved my site to this theme a week ago and put a lot of work into it and am really liking it except for that. I don’t want to move again. Oy. Thanks!

One other flaw I’ve noticed. Is it possible to get these cubes to all be the same size thumbnail? If you upload a square image or a vertical image, those thumbnails are reflected quite differently on the front page as well and that too really jacks up with the flow of the theme. They should all thumbnail at the same height and width so there is a seamless flow to the page. Can this be fixed please? Ty.
