  I had someone create my site but they gave me the login for the admin page on the site. I am unable to change the username to mine as I already had an account. How do I bring the site over to my account?

  This is the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com such as https://cudavideos.wordpress.com/ The other site is hosted elsewhere. I’d contact whoever is building that site if I were you.
