  Hola, buenas tardes. He intentado contratar la cuenta premium, pero no se si lo he realizado correctamente porque la página cuando le he dado a ‘pagar’ se ha quedado en blanco y no cargaba del todo.
  Me gustaría estar segura de si lo he hecho o no antes de volver a intentarlo.

  I’ve checked your account and the Premium plan payment wasn’t successful. You’ll see there are currently no active upgrades on your account:

  I am seeing an error which suggests the payment was blocked by your bank or card provider, so I recommend contacting them for more information.

  If you try to purchase another plan after speaking with them, I’ll be happy to check whether your payment has gone through.
