Curious about Live Chat Support

Just some feedback . . . it’s been a long while since I’ve been able to access Live Chat.
I keep getting ‘Live Chat not available right now.’
Usually not a big deal, but some issues are best resolved interactively.
Is it just me or is the Live Chat system being overwhelmed?

Yes it is the case that we’re experiencing high support volume at the moment. In cases where there are no agents available chat will not be an option but you may wish to check back at different times. In those cases you are also welcome to use our other support options and we’re happy to help.
I see that some time after you made this forums post you were able to locate the priority support contact (private email) provided under your WordPress.com Premium Plan, so it appears that we’ve answered your question about bulk-deleting comments.
