  I can see the currency is set to INR and you should be able to make that purchase.

  I opened this account while i was in USA now i am in india and want to use from here. I m trying to renew my domain so that i can write and publish now. I was unable to activate or purchase new either due to currency issue

  I am trying to reactivate khannasakshiblog.com this was the domain i had purchased earlier in isd but It got expired . I want to reactivate Nd start using wordpress again

  Well, I have good news! It appears the domain is on sale again to the public, so you can register it again anytime you wish!

  It is not possible to set a free WordPress.com site to use a custom domain however. In the past you had the Personal Plan, which includes the ability to use a custom address, so that is what I recommend here since it is our lowest cost option:

  Please note that if you choose the yearly billing (not monthly) a new domain is included for the first year, so you would have the option to add your domain under the plan (instead of paying registration fees separately) for increased saving.
