Hi,
I’m considering upgrading to a paid plan.
– But my currency is IDR when I need it to be AUD (I gather I started my account while on holiday in Bali :)
– So the instructions say to raise a support request but all I could find was a very repetitive robot telling me I’d need to upgrade my plan to get help from a human.
– Catch 22May I suggest that a request be raised to consider whether the robot’s response to a currency change request from an unpaid plan/user could be enhanced to include the option to raise a topic in the support forum? It would help others like me who don’t instantly grok “the way we do things around here”.
It would also be very nice if my currency could be changed from IDR to AUD. Please :)
