    Hi there,

On WordPress.com, the currency you see (EUR vs GBP) usually depends on your account region, browser location, or billing settings.

Please try the following and let me know if this resolves the issue:

Log in to WordPress.com Go to Account Settings → Profile / Billing Set your Country/Region to United Kingdom Save changes and refresh the pricing page

Thanks so much, and I’m happy to help further if needed:)

@shruthipackt I’m not seeing anything like this in my WordPress.com Account Settings. Can you share a direct link to the relevant area? Thanks.

@bubelstary Here’s what it says in our Support Guide to Change Your Currency Since I see that this thread is tagged for forum staff assistance, they’ll be here to assist you with this soon. Thanks for your patience.

  • Hi @bubelstary, I can see that you’ve already received help via email and that the currency on your account has been updated.

@shruthipackt, just to clarify, it’s not possible to change the currency of your account on your own. To request a currency change, you’ll need to contact us directly by following the steps in this guide:

Since this has now been resolved, I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. 😊
