    Yesterday the Dashboard stopped allowing me to do anything. I was hoping buying a plan would make the site usable again or just offer more support. I still can’t do anything; it just says the site can’t be reached. I can still able to visit the url with no issue. Is there a way to get the dashboard to work? Or is there someone I need to contact? Thanks.

    But you’re posting into the WordPress.com support forum when your site isn’t hosted here. Buying a Premium plan here would mean creating a new site and transferring your content over. Is that something you want to do? The correct support forum for your GoDaddy site is https://wordpress.org/support/

    Thanks for responding! It’s actually my Dad’s blog that I just help him with I’m just completely lost and trying to figure out how to get his blog back up.

    I honestly don’t know. I was directed here by WordPress. I spoke with GoDaddy, yesterday and they said the problem is not on their end. I’ve always done everything through wordpress.com, I thought wordpress.org was for a software version. Is this not accurate?

    Perhaps if you log out of ths WordPress.com account and log in with the correct credentials you might have more luck http://rockieontheroad.com/wp-login.php?

  • @rockieontheroad, I can confirm rockieontheroad.com is hosted at GoDaddy. You might have been using our interface to manage the site though, through Jetpack.

    Right now the entire site is unreachable for me: rockieontheroad.com

    I get an SSL error, and you would indeed to clear that up with GoDaddy.

    Once that’s fixed, though, we can likely help you reconnect Jetpack, which would then allow our interface to work again. Want to give that a go?
