Currency error to upgrade to a paid plan: no humans around to help!

Hello, I want to upgrade to a paid plan, but the currency is in R$, I’m not sure why because I have ever lived over there. I would like to change the currency to euros, but the chat bot won’t let me contact a human because I am not currnetly using a paid plan: it’s literally impossible to make this request anywhere on the website. Anyone have any advice? Thanks
