Currency modification

  I would like to purchase a new domain, but, the currency is NOT USD. I cannot purchase a plan to speak to a human until I can pay in USD. I am stuck. Any thoughts on how to get the currency to change from Turkish Lira to USD. I think I might have opened Jetpack while I was in Turkey for 36 hours in October. But, I’ve had a wordpress account since January.
