Currency type in the Plans section

    Hi!
    I’m thinking about setting up a shop to accept payments soon, and I was wondering if it’s possible to change the currency for paying the Upgrade plans? I am in the UK, and the plans are in USD. Is it possible to change this to GBP, or is it always USD? Also, does this mean all of the prices on my website will be in USD too?

    The WordPress.com plans pricing has nothing to do with your online store’s currency. The plans’ currency refers has to do with what currency you’ll be paying us (WordPress.com) so that you can get started with your website. For that, I have already set your currency to GBP.

    As for your shop’s currency, you can have multiple currencies so that anyone from around the world can purchase something using their local currency. Please note that this option has to do with the payment processor that you’ll decide to use.

    For example, if you use the WooCommerce Payments extension, you’ll be able to accept payments in more than 135 countries. You can read more here:
