Hi there,
There is a domain connection subscription that is active for synthexis.com. The subscription was renewed back on 10/24/22 for $13. The site is under your account but the actual upgrade is connected to a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from.
Do you have access to the other account? You won’t be charge until next year, but you’ll need access to the other account if you want to update payment details.

I wrote (posted?) to you earlier today with a billing questions. I received a message from you which I do not understand. I can not reply to your email. I am frustrated and unhappy. Most companies I deal with have a phone number and I would expect the same from you. Please email me your phone number at (email visible only to moderators and staff) so I can call you and resolve this without wasting all this time.

Apologies for your frustration. I think it will help to clarify that we do see the recent renewal is for synthexis.com, but we are not able to help you because you are logged in to a different account and not the account that purchased the upgrade. Do you happen to have login access to the
siouxfeldmanadmin account at all? If you can sign in under the correct account and respond here we will be able to assist.If you need to reset the password for that account you can enter the username in the form here and we will send a reset link to the email address on file: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
