Current domain server inaccessable, unresponsive

    My briansride.net exists, with Lycos (tripod) but the site has changed hands and is not responsive. I would like to drop them and have the same domain with WordPress. I pay $15 a year, autopay thru paypal, haven’t had to deal with them in years. Now, it’s like thye don’t exist.

    As far as moving the content of your site from Lycos/Tripod, if they have an option of exporting your content in one of the formats that can be imported, you’ll find a list here https://transferto.wordpress.com/ , that is the easiest. Otherwise you’ll need to follow the guide for HTML builders.
