  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads like this one.   Hi there,

  Are you trying to use a custom domain name you already own with your WordPress.com site? If so, I strongly recommend changing your domain’s name servers (instead of using IP addresses) using the steps in our guide to Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping).

  If you have concerns about making that change, please let me know!

  i’m also having issue with my domain, i mapped my domain name and upgraded my wordpress to premium for hosting but my domain name still comes up with wordpress attached. bridegroomphotography.com.
