How long should we expect it to take once we’ve sent feedback? I’m still waiting, and would hate to bug with a 3rd request.

Well, I’m not sure how long you’ve waited. I know here in the forums, we normally ask people not to bump a thread within 24 hours. It is the weekend but I know Podz has been posting here anyway. I’m hoping someone will get to you shortly.

(I’m around from ~9am UTC to midnight UTC pretty much every day and with issues like this I’m dealing as soon as I get them so please resend between those hours if you’ve not heard from me in an hour.)

Purplehaze, we don’t have any feedback on file from your username. You may want to try sending it again. Furthermore, you’ve only been a member for 20 hours, so you can’t have been waiting that long anyway. :)

It is working.
All overnight feedbacks are fixed.(I’m in the UK, so my night has just finished. I’ve nearly finished my first coffee :) )

I don’t get a 503 error, I get a Redirect Loop that won’t let me into the Dashboard to post Feedback.
“Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load the requested page.”
Camino browser, latest build.
So I’m essentially locked out.

Is it fixed? I still guess the message:
“503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!”‘and cannot write any posts.
