As per this thread, please send in a Feedback from your DashBoard and state that you are receiving this error. It is a backend issue and will be taken care for you. As per staff, please do not post in the forums about this as it just causes extra work for them.

How long should we expect it to take once we’ve sent feedback? I’m still waiting, and would hate to bug with a 3rd request.

Well, I’m not sure how long you’ve waited. I know here in the forums, we normally ask people not to bump a thread within 24 hours. It is the weekend but I know Podz has been posting here anyway. I’m hoping someone will get to you shortly.

purplehaze – I’d not got a feedback for some reason. You are good now though :)

(I’m around from ~9am UTC to midnight UTC pretty much every day and with issues like this I’m dealing as soon as I get them so please resend between those hours if you’ve not heard from me in an hour.)

Purplehaze, we don’t have any feedback on file from your username. You may want to try sending it again. Furthermore, you’ve only been a member for 20 hours, so you can’t have been waiting that long anyway. :)

It is working.

I don’t get a 503 error, I get a Redirect Loop that won’t let me into the Dashboard to post Feedback.

“Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load the requested page.”

Camino browser, latest build.

So I’m essentially locked out.
