  Hi my account was charged today for $318
  I used my card for a different domain but did not ask for it to be renewed!
  This needs to be refunded immediately

  Hi @kimcoxsite, no worries, we can help with a refund. We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
