  I invited users to become users of my private blog and allocating them a user role (e.g.. author). However for some reason one person became a user in a roundabout way that I cannot fathom. They do not appear in the list of Users – All Users.

  But appear under Settings – Privacy – Current site members. I want them to be seen under Users – All Users. With their use role clearly highlighted.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there,

  Can you try removing the user (via Settings -> Privacy -> Current Site Members), and then re-inviting them via the “Users” page in the role you’d like? Let me know if you have any problems with this process, or if the issue persists after the re-invitation.

  Thanks. That is what I ended up doing. I’m curious as to how the user ended up there in the first place.
