Current Website Help with Accordions that stopped working

Hello, we have a current website (jolietfranciscans.org) that I am trying to get support for. There is nowhere on the site for me to access wordpress support. I signed up where it asked if I had an existing site, but basically it is taking me to a new site, not my current site. How do I get support on that site? I don’t want to create another site. I’ve now paid for two years of premium support because I was told I don’t have support for my site but I need to figure out how to get the support transferred to that site, not a new one. Can you please help!!

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host jolietfranciscans.org on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
