  Hi,
  I am trying to pay for my wordpress account but all it says is Currently finalising your order and the dots keep flashing. It has been like this for over 10 minutes! And it was the same on Friday when I tried to pay. Any ideas? I have never set up a wordpress account before! Thank you.

  Hi there,

  This sounds like a cache issue. I have seen the two attempts you made in our system, but the purchase was not processed in either attempt.

  Have you tried the purchase while using a different browser or after clearing your browser’s cache?

  Please try both options and let us know if that works for you.
