Cursor keys don’t work in paragraph blocks

    I’ve always been able to move around blocks of text using the up/down/left/right cursor keys on my keyboard. For the past few days, they have stopped working. Pressing the keys cause the cursor to “flash” but it won’t actually move in the intended direction. This occurs when writing or editing paragraph blocks. The issue is restricted to WordPress.com – my cursor keys work perfectly in all other software. I’d be very grateful if anyone else who has experienced this issue could let me know how they resolved it. Thanks.
