Cusomtizr Theme – Top Bar/Header Troubles

  I’m trying to edit an old site for a client and my biggest issues are coming from the top bar and header. The theme is Customizr and none of my searches are proving fruitful. My issues:

  1. The submenues are being hidden behind the slider (and other images on the page as I scroll. It even goes behind the Ninja Form on the page). I attempted the following fix in the Advanced Options CSS but it didn’t work:
  .widget_sow-slider {
  position: relative;
  z-index: 1;
  }

  2. While scrolling, the header is transparent and cannot be clicked on. How do I make it solid and clickable?

  3. I want the site title to be a smaller font and the subtitle to be a bigger font. I cannot switch the two as the site title is the name of the business and the subtitle is the business phone number.

  Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
