Custom 404 Error Message

  Hi!
  I wanted to know if there is any way I can create a Custom 404 message. My site is in Spanish, but the “link not found” messagae is in English. I would like to customize the error message to something in Spanish and more user-friendly. Is it possible to do on wordpress.com? (And yes, I have paid to edit my CSS stylesheet).

  Not at wordpress.COM there isn’t.

  Contact staff though as my opinion is that the 404 error page should pull the language from the settings in the dashboard and display it in the appropriate language.
