Custom Background

  I own a non-premium WordPress blog.

  I came back from a 2 month long break, and I found that the dashboard has changed so much. I can no longer change my background by going to Appearance>Background, and when I try to use the Customizer it says I need Premium. I have always been able to change my background, for over two years now. What happened?

  Help is appreciated, thank you :)

  Ahhh nevermind I found it, I had to go to the theme page then click on something else, that took forever…

  The Background was missing from the Appearance menu for a short time, but it should be back now.
