Hey guys, so I built a WordPress website for a friend, and one of the price options is for my buddy to charge the user $499 for a two-time payment, with the option to pay the second time after 14 days.
I looked it up on Google but couldn’t discover anything that might assist.

Are you speaking of selling a product or service via the site? Or are you speaking of changing the WordPress.com upgrade plan for the site?

Sorry for the misunderstanding; English is not my first language.
What I mean is that a buddy of mine is selling a subscription product, and one of the pricing options is for the user to be charged two payments of $499, with the second payment being processed 14 days after the first, rather than the usual every month/year subscription, so it’s like a custom billing period/interval.
So I’m wondering if it’s possible because there’s no choice for that kind of interval/billing payment under Products > Product Data.And yes, I’ll ask my friend for her account credentials, so I may access her account.

Ah, okay.
To set up a subscripiton like that you’ll need an add-on like WooCommerce Subscriptions:
I don’t know if this particular type of billing cycle is possible with that add-on. Please ask your friend to contact live chat support via their account, then they can ask the WooCommerce support team directly about this.
By the way, it’s generally better if you don’t log into someone else’s account using their credentials. If you’re helping your friend to create their site, they can invite you as an admin so that you can access the site using your own account instead:
