  I was just wondering if WordPress can do custom blogs for example myblog.com

  Hi. Yes you can have your WordPress.com blog at ___.com (for example), without the __.wordpress.com. Here’s more information about it, including the annual fees for that service:

  Are you talking about a custom domain name of your own choosing without “wordpress” in it?

  If yes, then yes you can have that by registering a domain name and mapping it to your blog here.

  Do note that having your own domain name does not exempt you from the limitations here and you still have to comply with the terms of service.

  custom blogs is rather vague – a bit more info might help us a bit – custom look by WordPress.COM? Custom Look using CSS?

  Domain Mapping so you can have myblog.com (the name is taken by the way) – yes you can map and / or register a custom Domain and have it go to your WordPress.COM site.
