Custom changings are not saving.

  Hello there! I’m new to the WordPress community so please get mad if this is a repeated question > <

  My blog site is http://chibiprincess.wordpress.com/

  When I go into customize it shows what I can change and all and I do my changes. When I click save though, it takes forever to save and it just stays like that. I have cleared my cache and enable 3rd party cookies and I’m up to date with Firefox. Can anyone help me? Also, I did not try switching browser nor do I plan on to.
