  Hi! I have a website builder designing my website. With WordPress, can they implement their own custom code into the website?

  Hi there, Custom Code can be added to WordPress.com websites on the business or ecommerce plans only. You can learn more about this here: https://wordpress.com/support/code/

  If by chance you are referring to a website using the open source WordPress software hosted with a 3rd party (like GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc. and not here on WordPress.com) you’ll want to check with your hosting provider directly to see if they have any restrictions.
