  Can I purchase custom design for $30 per year or is that no longer an option?

  Since your account was registered after Sept 1, 2014 you are subject to the Cable TV Bundle – Up-Sell special pricing – you can’t buy individual upgrades and need to buy the bundle for $99.- and buy stuff that you don’t seem to want or need.

  I and many other argued against the new pricing policy but lost the argument

  Your only option would be to find a friend with an older account and transfer the blog to that account and have the older account buy the upgrade for you – but make sure they are a real good friend so you don’t loose your blog
