Custom Color For Mouse-Over [:Hover Selector] Not Working On A Text-Link

Recently, I’ve added a:hover rule [color as #dcdcdc] on my theme and it’s working well all over my website; only except my text-link “[ENTER]” at the bottom of my static/front page…
Color of the link is not reacting at all when I mouse-over it…
Could you help me with that issue, please?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
