‘custom color’ option is disappeared for text colour

  Hi,
  I’m editing my blog pages and want to change text / text background colours as usual. I realise that ‘custom color’ option that allows me to choose a personalised colour is gone. Please can someone attend to this asap. I wish I could have a live chat session to solve this issue but it also seems that this option is either unavailable or really hard to find.
