custom color option missing

  The custom color option is missing in my paragraph blocks. There is only black, white, grays and blue. (Not sure how to attach screenshots.) Perhaps related, the color option is missing entirely in the classic view. It used to be there.

  I’ve tried turning off each of my plugins. The theme is TwentyTwelve.

  My only tedious option seems to be inserting colors by code editor.
