Custom Colors Payment Refund

I was in the process of purchasing a Custom Colors upgrade when your servers went down for “routine maintenance.” When the servers came back up, my payment had gone through (I received a Paypal receipt), but the upgrade does not show up in my dashboard. When I go to “My Upgrades”, it says that I have not purchased anything.
