Custom comment fields.

  I would like to change the fields when someone leaves a comment on a post for my travel blog.
  Currently a commenter is required to use a name and an email and they have the option to leave a web address. I would like to give the option of putting a city, state and country in.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are no custom comment fields on sites hosted by wordpress.COM.
