  Why isn’t there the add custom CSS section even though your guide says it it there?

  The ability to add Custom CSS to your site is indeed a feature we offer, but it is available as part of our Explorer plan and higher plans. I checked your account, and your site is currently on the Free plan, which doesn’t include the Custom CSS option.
