Custom CSS Editor

  I just purchased the upgrade to customize the Hemingway theme. Do I do it under Presention>Edit CSS? I don’t see any existing CSS line for me to edit. Do I have to start from scratch? I just want to be able to show image with the post on the front page and have control over the number of post (more than 2) on the front page.
