ACE Editor or alternative method?
Im currently working on making a theme and wanted to add a option for custom css like you see in a lot of themes nowadays or in jetpack plugin. I found a tutorial on adding the ACE editor into WordPress but i wanted to find out if this is the best way of doing it or whether there is a built in function to do it via WordPress to avoid loading in more 3rd party content. whats everyones take on this? -
Hi there. This is a question for the WordPress.org forums. On this forum we only provide support for free WordPress.com blogs, which are completely separate from the open-source version of WordPress with which you’re working. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You can find the WordPress.org forum here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.
