Custom CSS for Feature Image

  Is there a way to custom code a specific feature image to allow different elements of the picture to be clickable? I am using the ovation theme by the way. Thank you!

  Hi there, in order to do that on a responsive designed theme, such as Ovation, you would need the WordPress.com Business plan upgrade, which allows the installation of plugins. Also, on Featured images, it may be more complex than just installing a plugin. There may have to be modifications to the html/php script theme files.
