Custom CSS Gone

  I had purchased Custom CSS back in July and recently wanted to add a paid plan. When the paid plan didn’t suit my needs I canceled it, but it removed my Custom CSS plan as well. How do I retrieve it?

  Of course, when you cancel a paid plan all features of that paid plan are being removed.

  I guess I wasn’t clear. I paid $24.95 for only custom CSS and then, some weeks later, $79.95 for an upgraded WordPress plan. However when I subsequently cancelled the WordPress plan it took the CSS as well. WordPress’s AI acknowledged I should still have the CSS plan I previously paid for but offered no solution as to how to recover it and would not connect me to a human because I no longer had the premium plan! I simply want what I paid $24.95 for back.
