Custom CSS in 2017 theme

  Help I had the 2017 theme and added a little additional CSS with my site footer (to overwrite the footer). The problem is that I want to change theme and that footer text is now sitting at the top of the new homepage. I can’t find the text to remove it in the edit section. Please help!!!
