Custom CSS Not Applying Properly in WordPress Block Theme

  Hi everyone,
  I’m facing an issue with Custom CSS not applying correctly in a WordPress block theme. Some styles load, while others are completely ignored, especially when targeting specific blocks or mobile breakpoints. I’ve already tried clearing cache, disabling plugins, and checking theme.json overrides, but the problem still persists.

  It almost feels like the theme is treating my stylesheet the way an xlsx viewer handles spreadsheets—displaying only part of the design instead of the entire layout. If anyone has suggestions on how to force custom CSS to load properly or manage CSS priority in block themes, I would really appreciate your help.
