Custom CSS not recognizing

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

I have made a specific css class in an effort to make the position of the navbar fixed so that it will move with the scrolling on the site. This is not working, despite following the instructions by adding it in styles.css and in the corresponding box in ‘advanced’ in the wordpress editor.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  • Hi there!

Could you please confirm the address of the site where you experience this issue? Since it’s not possible to add custom CSS on plans lower than Premium, I assume you’re not referring to nyveloteam.wordpress.com.

I included that in my initial post. Since you are a staff member, you should be able to see it, no? I tried to upload a screenshot here as an example, but it said I am not allowed to.

  • Hi there,

The only site I see listed with your initial post is nyveloteam.wordpress.com. Screenshot of what we see:

I do see several sites listed on your account, a mix of sites hosted directly at WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress sites with other providers and connected via the Jetpack plugin.

To assist you, can you clarify what is the site you need assistance with? Thanks!
