Custom CSS not taking precedence

    All we want to do is reduce the height of the header, but the custom CSS is not taking precedence over the automatic style (theme is twenty-twelve) and changes to the sizes of borders, padding and margins are not taking effect.

    For questions like this, please always include a short example CSS snippet so we know exactly what CSS you’re referring to.

    I noticed you are using the replacement mode for your CSS, which is a more advanced way of using the CSS editor and makes it a little harder to help debug if you don’t include specifics. :)
