Custom CSS on 3rd party theme

  Hi,

  If I purchase custom css, will I be able to edit a template that I purchased on Themeforrest (Sentence by Kriesa) and which is currently uploaded to a server that is not WordPress’ own.

  The only themes we can use are found here > Apperance > Themes and no others – period.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot intsall plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
